Library News: Fenwick Renovation, 3B & 3C

Fenwick Library Floor 3B and 3C will be renovated this summer. The time line is May 22-Sept.1. Collections that are affected are: History, Geography, Anthropology, and Recreation on floor 3B (LC Call Numbers range from F 2100 to HB 3808) and Economics, Business, Sociology, Social Work, and ICAR on floor 3C. If you need books on this floor for the Summer, you better check them out "Now" or before May 15. If the titles needed are not accessible this summer, library staff will take extra measures to obtain books through consortium library service (CLS) or interlibray loan service (ILL).

NASA's Worldwind Application

is another interactive 3D application for maps and images of Earth. Including are MSN's Virtual Earth Imagery, Imagery of Venus, and National Parks, etc. The good thing is that you can download the images. It's available at http://worldwind.arc.nasa.gov/download.html
